Returns & Refunds
As all our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the cases described below.
Damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@antoniodemarcobags.com with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and make it right.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for damage occurring after delivery or resulting from improper use or handling.
European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal. If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, unless the item was produced to your specific personal customization instructions.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item was damaged.
To initiate a return under this policy, contact us at hello@antoniodemarcobags.com within the 14-day window. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@antoniodemarcobags.com.
