When will I get my order?
Every piece is crafted after your order is placed.
To be as responsible as possible, we only produce based on demand. This approach ensures a high level of quality while eliminating unnecessary stock and reducing waste. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as it is ready. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are any purchases final sale?
As all our products are made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges.
What is the return policy?

How can I maintain my product?

To maintain your item in its best condition, avoid prolonged and direct exposure to light and heat. We recommend storing the product in a dust bag.
Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics. If your item gets wet, gently remove any excess moisture without rubbing, dab with a soft cloth, and allow it to dry at room temperature.
