Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, available only to the countries shown at checkout.

Each piece is made to order, which means production begins only after your purchase is confirmed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our atelier.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns

As all our products are made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We only accept returns in the case of items that arrive damaged due to shipping. If you receive a damaged package or product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged after delivery or due to improper use or handling by the customer.
